Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Paw Stomp mobile application (the "App") operated by Jennings Applied Media ("us," "we," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the App.

1. Description of Service

The Paw Stomp App is a tool designed to provide an estimate of ground surface temperatures based on available data, such as local weather and user-provided inputs via the device's camera. The purpose of the App is to serve as a supplementary guide for pet owners to assess the potential risk of hot surfaces to their pets' paws.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk and Disclaimer of Warranty

This App provides an ESTIMATE ONLY and is not a substitute for a direct physical measurement device or for personal judgment. You, the user, acknowledge and agree to the following:

• For Informational Purposes Only — The temperature reading provided by the App is an algorithm-based estimation. Actual ground temperatures can vary significantly due to factors not fully captured by the App, including but not limited to direct sun exposure, surface material (asphalt, concrete, wood), humidity, and microclimates.
• User Judgment is Final — The safety of your pet is your sole responsibility. Before allowing your pet to walk on a potentially hot surface, you should physically test the surface yourself (e.g., with the back of your hand). Never rely solely on the App's estimate to determine if a surface is safe.
• "AS IS" Basis — The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Limitation of Liability and Waiver of Litigation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jennings Applied Media, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, injury to any pet or person, resulting from:

• (i) Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App;
• (ii) Any information or output obtained from the App;
• (iii) Any reliance you place on the temperature estimates provided by the App.

By using this App, you hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to pursue litigation or bring any claim against Jennings Applied Media and its affiliates arising from the proper or improper use or misuse of the App. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jennings Applied Media from any claims resulting from your failure to use personal judgment or your decision to rely exclusively on the App's estimate, which results in harm or injury.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jennings Applied Media. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App.
• For any purpose other than its intended use as a supplementary pet safety tool.

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases on the App Store are managed and processed by Apple. As a developer, we do not have the authorization to issue refunds directly. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, please contact Apple Support through their official problem reporting website: reportaproblem.apple.com
